Copyright Infringement Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Gallery Earth respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains how to report a concern that content shown through Gallery Earth infringes your copyright, and how we typically respond.
How to report a concern
Email legal@galleryearth.tv with enough detail for us to identify the material and understand your claim. Please include:
- Your name and contact email
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- Enough detail to locate the material in Gallery Earth (for example: approximate date and time viewed, device or platform, location caption, image title, or creator username / submission ID if shown)
- A brief explanation of why you believe the use is not authorized
How we respond
We review complete reports in good faith. When a concern appears substantiated, we may remove or disable access to the material. When we need more information, we may reply to ask for it. We may decline to act on incomplete, unclear, or unsubstantiated reports.
If the material was a creator competition submission, we may also take account or competition action under the Creator Submission & Release Agreement, including removal of the submission and, for repeated problems, disqualification or account termination.
Creator responsibility
Creators who submit work to Gallery Earth warrant that they own or control the rights needed to grant us a license. Creators are responsible for their submissions; Gallery Earth may remove content that appears to infringe third-party rights.
Misuse
Please do not submit false or misleading copyright reports. We may disregard reports that appear to be made in bad faith.
